I ASSUME YOU'RE HERE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO CHANGE.

 

Because your life, or some aspect of it, is not working the way you want it to. 

 

Maybe you're not feeling fulfilled, passionate, or motivated. 

 

Maybe you’re depressed, suffering from addiction, or lost in a routine of unproductive habits. 

 

Maybe your struggling with relationships, feeling disconnected, isolated, lonely. 

 

Or maybe things are going well, but you sense you have more to give, that THERE'S SOMETHING STOPPING YOU FROM TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

 

They say scratch your own itch. Well, I’ve created the coaching program I was looking for back when I was feeling stuck and lost.   

 

I was in transition, trying to let go of the safety of a career I’d outgrown, and move into the uncertainty of building something new. For a few years, I was caught in-between -- static, unproductive, afraid to make any big moves. 

 

I’d try to summon my willpower, and for a few days, maybe a few weeks, I'd get down to work. But the resistance would return, and I relapse into procrastination and indolence.

 

What I needed was structure, support, and accountability.

 

And someone to help me understand THE ROOT OF MY FEAR.

CHANGE IS SCARY.

 

It takes us out of our comfort zone and into the uncertainty of the unknown.

 

If we haven’t built an internal structure to tolerate it, we’ll get lost in it, spin out, freeze. In that place we’re susceptible to negative thinking and prone bad habits to keep us distracted. 

 

This program is designed to help you through the change so you can free your potential for CREATIVITY, GROWTH, AND ABUNDANCE. 

 

We'll evaluate every aspect of your life: career, relationships, health, finances, lifestyle. We’ll see what’s working, what’s not, and why. 

 

We’ll uncover your unconscious limiting beliefs, programmed in childhood, that keep you attached to an old story of who you are and what you can accomplish.

And we’ll build new habits and routines to set a foundation for consistency and follow through. 

 

To be clear: THIS WILL BE WORK. Everyday. You will be challenged physically and emotionally. This is no easy journey, which is why it’s impossible to do it alone.
