Coaching calls will be recorded on ZOOM with video.

Calls will last 30-40 minutes.

This is not a general therapy session, it is a coaching call focused on a specific issue you are currently struggling with in your life.

​

The focus of these coaching session will be revealing the underlying emotions and unconscious beliefs at the source of the issue.

 

These conversations will be compassionate, authentic, vulnerable, and real.

​

To be mindful of privacy, the coaching will focus on you and your experience, and not on the circumstances or other people who might be involved.
