Despite the evolution of gender dynamics, I believe most men, to some degree, are still beholden to the traditional male role, where stoicism is a virtue and vulnerability a weakness. This old paradigm distorts the masculine essence by denying our basic humanity. This construct was once necessary for our collective survival, but as times have changed, it no longer serves. 

 

The intention of this one-day workshop is to support you in developing a more intimate relationship with your feelings. In a safe space, working with the body, movement, and sound, and with the support of a group of men, we'll help you access, name, and express anything and everything you hold back inside you. 

 

My hope is to give you a new experience of yourself, where you can reclaim your masculinity unencumbered by expectation, redefining it on your terms. Together we'll laugh, cry, scream, and play in celebration of the goodness, vulnerability, and strength of men.
